Nickel-Chromium-Iron Alloy
Inconel 600
Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron solid solution strengthened alloy with excellent high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance, making it a preferred material for applications requiring resistance to heat, stress, and chemical exposure. It offers good hot and cold workability, strong welding performance, and high plasticity below 700°C. The alloy can be cold-worked for strengthening and is suitable for welding and brazing using various methods. It performs well in low-load oxidation-resistant applications at temperatures up to 1100°C.
