Nickel-Iron-Chromium Alloy
Incoloy 800H
Incoloy 800H is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy widely used for high-temperature pressure-bearing components. Its high strength is achieved through the addition of carbon, aluminum, and titanium, along with annealing at a minimum of 1149°C to achieve an ASTM grain size of 5 or coarser. The alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance in aqueous environments up to 500°C, along with good stress corrosion resistance and processability.
