Nickel Alloy Welding Wire & Rod
Nickel alloy welding wire and rod are designed for joining and repairing metal components in high-temperature and corrosive environments. ERNiCr-3 is among the most widely used nickel-based filler metals, offering strong welds with excellent oxidation resistance, creep rupture strength, and high-temperature stability.

Wire
- Common Diameter: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm
- Thin Diameter : 0.2mm-0.8mm (for precision welding)
- Length: Available in coiled wire and straight wire, the length of coiled wire depends on the wire diameter and weight (e.g. 5kg, 15kg and 25kg per spool)
Rod
- Common Diameter: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm
- Common Length: 300mm, 350mm, 400mm
