Nickel-Copper Alloy
Monel 400
Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy known for its exceptional resistance to hydrofluoric acid, fluorine gas, and hot concentrated alkali solutions. It also exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in neutral solutions, water, seawater, atmosphere, and organic compounds.
A key advantage of Monel 400 is its resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it highly durable for industrial and marine applications. Additionally, it offers good machinability, allowing for efficient processing, making it ideal for marine, chemical, and oil industries.
